Ok, I have been there for two times. In 2013 during the daytime and 2014 at night. And what I want to say, It’s absolutely another, much better experience than Empire State Building. If you’ll ask me, I would say never visit Empire. Go to the Top of the Rock. The view is better, there are no crowds, there are the benches to sit, relax and enjoy the view.
In addition the Rockefeller Center Building is awesome by itself! It’s interesting especially for artists. There are giant figure drawings on the walls. Pretty professional drawings. Hands down, place that you HAD TO visit in NYC.
